Brandy speaks around the nation to audiences about loving yourself and loving your body. She had a history of constantly criticizing herself and always feeling like her body and shape wasn't good enough. She was the ultimate mean girl to herself.
But things changed when Brandy discovered self-love and also expanded her definition of self-love when she stopped drinking two years ago. We talk about what it means to accept yourself fully as you are AND strive to keep growing and improving from a place of love and not punishment; how not drinking actually gives you more confidence; and what it means to be present and grow with the good times and more challenging ones.
